15 Day Wellness Challenge Rules
I am actually doing this for 30 days and I am 7 days in and the results so far have been amazing!
1. NO SODA
2. Drink 1 gallon of water a day
3. Workout at least 3 times a week for 30 mins (if starting out) if you are an expert 4-5 times a week for 45 minutes.
4. Do 25 squats every time you go to the bathroom.
5. Do 25 side bends every time you go to the bathroom.
6. Do a 30 second plank first thing every morning. Do a 1 minute plank every night right before bed.
7. Soak at least 30 minutes in your hot tub everyday.
